Yip that’s what I had for my dinner last

night! No, it wasn’t because that was all I

had in the house either. It was by choice.

I made chicken and potato wedges but I

gave mine to Ryan and he gave me his

veggies. A common theme in our house at

the moment…

I did spend the whole day rewriting the 90

Day Challenge for the new website (while

watching Vikings in the background)

The content will be much the same as the

last one but I’m polishing it for round two

and speaking of veggies, one of the weeks

challenge is to increase your veggies and

one of the day’s is to go veggie completely

Each day you get a mini challenge, like go

veggie or do 20 squats, they start off easy in

the first few weeks and it gets gradually

harder as the weeks go on

Each week you get a themed challenge like

drink more water (you do that all week)

and your daily challenges tie in with days

of ‘reduce your caffeine by 20%’ for

example

It’s difficult to give you a snapshot as each

day and week are completely different but

it’s meant to be good fun as well as

challenging

I set up a private group on facebook too

so you can post your results and chat with

each other or ask me questions

If you don’t have facebook, you can set up

an account really easily, only use it for the

challenge then delete it afterwards, if you

want…

I also do some success coaching weekly

and that consists of some mental exercises

for you to work on, like ‘what you really

need to do to move forwards’

Hopefully I’m making sense here!

Brenda was on holiday for part of the 90

days, not only did she keep it going but

with time on her hands she decided to

show off and do extra ha ha

Siobhan was worried that it would take up

too much time each day, she then came

back to me and said ‘Loving everything and

working on the success coaching’

Elaine was also worried but said ‘It just fits

in with my life’

Valerie lost more weight in the first few

weeks than she had in the past 4 years and

not for a lack of trying. I can’t find the exact

numbers but I believe it was a stubborn

7-12 pounds

but overall, I was impressed with how many

stuck it out to the end and really enjoyed it!

They kept trying to guess what was coming

next…

Ok so it starts Sunday but I keep registration

open for another week, after that it’s too much

to catch up on, if you want to start Sunday but

can’t pay until pay day, let me know and I’ll

set you up anyway

The 90 Days is £90

You can pay in three monthly instalments

(£30 per month for May/June/July)

Studio members are either free or half price

It’s basically £1 per day

Get your friends in too, the more this time,

the merrier as it will make the fb group a

bit more alive.
