The heating is on in the Studio and it’s all

nice and cosy, until I open the patio doors

and the lovely Autumn air breezes in

I love Autumn, the leaves on the ground

in different shades of burnt reds

However, now that we’ve moved and have

15 trees it is a wee bit scary but at least I’ll

get a good workout raking them all up!


Now that the temp is getting cooler I

thought I would do some Autumn stews

The running club has got off to a good start,

numbers are growing, there is a wide

variety of abilities and everyone is

I have been working away on the 90 days

and the new Fit Strong Females format

which I’m really excited about and I’ll be

sharing that with you very soon

I’ve been studying two courses this year,

one in advanced nutritional coaching and

the other in brain neuroscience

I’m loving both of them and I’m now just

a few months away from the end which is


I’ll be implementing both sets of skills in

the FSF making it an all round coaching

service to clients, looking after the 3 key

areas; exercise, food and lifestyle

(although it goes a lot deeper than that)

I’ll let you know more about what it can

do for you in the next month or two
