At the weekend Ryan asked me if I had
noticed that Bodhi had a ruffle around
his neck
On inspection, Bodhi does indeed have
a ruffle, in fact the ruffle was so big he
looked like he was posing for a photo
from Edwardian times
He looked just like Blackadder 🙂
We changed his food recently and he
loves it! Normally it’s difficult to get
him to eat and he’s always been on the
slender side for a rottie
However this roll of fat suggests he’s
been eating just a little too much recently
so we had to come up with an action
plan
which involved some extra exercise each
day and cutting down his biscuits and we
should have him back in shape in a few
weeks
Sound familiar?
Bodhi’s ruffle could be compared to a
muffin top or any other roll of fat we
get on our bodies when we eat too much
if you are in good shape and you spot
this creeping on? the best thing you can
do is nip it in the bud and do what Bodhi
is doing
cutting back on the biscuits and increasing
the exercise – that should take care of it
If you have a little more to lose? Like a
couple of stone or even more?
then it might take a bit more work and
some more time
For someone looking to hit a big target
I would suggest making a commitment of
at least 6 – 12 months
and cutting back on the biscuits may not
be enough
BUT it doesn’t take a crazy strict regime
either
Start at a pace you can keep i.e. 2 nights
a week of exercise and change one area
of your diet at a time, so you can start
with the biscuits and once you’ve got a
handle on that…
look at the next improvement you could
make
You could also think about doing the
60 Day challenge?
Valerie did the 90 days this time last
year, she told me it was perfect timing
as she lost the weight before Xmas
AND she has kept it off!
It’s a fun challenge and will increase your
exercise and help improve your eating
Use it as a kick start, a booster, dip your
toe in the water
tomorrow is the last day for the bonuses
and if you are worried about getting the
exercise right or looking at what you are
eating?
The 1:1 sessions will really help you
It starts on the 1st of October but you
can get started now, it’s £60 and you
can sign up HERE

p.s. I will let you know how Bodhi gets on xx
