Usually around this time of year I give you

a good offer as a Xmas present


I know January is the month for you all

to get cracking with exercise and nutrition

hoping to undo the damage from the festive

period and that feeling that 2017 is a fresh



I’m all for that but unfortunately most give

it up by February no matter how good

their intentions are


I find at the Studio though, new clients are

more likely to stay for a few a few reasons



When someone is expecting you to show up

you are more likely to show up

and if you don’t show up, you can expect a

friendly ‘How are you?’ in your inbox


Friendly Faces

Everyone at the Studio welcomes new

clients in different ways, maybe showing

you how to do something, getting to know

you or just saying ‘see you Thursday!’


It’s not packed

You don’t have to worry about getting a

space or machine, I don’t oversell, if I

have enough clients it stays that way so

everyone can get a kettlebell and room

to move


1:1 Attention

Same as above, groups are small so you

get plenty of 1:1 attention and if you really

need some individual practise, it’s no

problem to book a full session 1:1



The studio is on Waterloo St, right next to

Central Station, if you are going for the

bus or train you have to walk past me, so

there are no excuses for not coming and

if you want lunchtime sessions, it’s on

your doorstep
