I still have a couple of places left on the yoga
workshop this weekend, read more and book
Ok, the number 1 reason for not being able to
exercise with me is… not being able to get
away from work
It’s fine if it’s a one off or a short term project
you are working on, but when it’s every night
of every week what can you do?
Get a new job?
If you are unhappy in your current job, then
yes but I’m more interested in what you can
do in your current job to get away from your
desk
I also understand it may be the culture of
where you work, you may be hoping to get
a promotion or you’re struggling to keep up
with your workload and fear being let go
Women especially feel guilty for walking out
of the door bang on finishing time
So how can I help you?
Aim for two nights a week
Let’s say a Monday and Wednesday or a
Tuesday and Thursday you leave on time
then you stay late the other two nights
Come at a later time
I have evening sessions at 5:30pm and 6:30pm,
I’m not opposed to doing a session at 7:30pm
or you turning up at some point in between, no
one turns up at the same time anyway at the
Studio
I can do what I want, it’s my business and I
make my own rules, want a session at 2am?
I could do that if you really wanted it…
Do the lunchtime sessions
Yesterday after speaking to the girls, I’m putting
on a third lunchtime session, most are on flexi
and if you get stuck in a meeting or call, you can
still come
Sessions will now be 12:15, 12:45 and 1:15
(see? I can make it up to suit you)
Come at the weekend
I do a Saturday deal of a group training session
followed by yoga for £15 at 9:30-11:30am,
what else do you do on a Saturday morning
(yes hangovers are accepted, it’s a good cure)
Train online with me
There is the free section that you can sign up
for fitstrongfemales.com/online
Or you can sign up for online personal training
with me, great for busy professionals who travel
or who have to get home for the kids, I will kick
your butt and keep you accountable
These solutions don’t need to be with me but
hopefully I’ve given you some ideas as to how
you can fit some exercise into your life
Oh! Weekends 1:1 training? You can bring the
kids with you, it’s not a problem
Carolyne
p.s. I would do early morning, it’s not my
favourite time of day but if you are interested
let me know xx
