today!
First up is I’m going to have an open night
this coming Monday and I’d really like you

I’ve been meaning to do this since I moved
into the new studio and now that it’s been
a month, it’s a good time to do it.
I’m on the second floor at 19 Waterloo St
and you can pop in and see me anytime
between 11am and 7pm

Onto the 60 Day Challenge!
I’ve run the 90 day challenge a few times
now and I’ve learned a few things
90 Days is quite a long time and weekly
challenges plus daily challenges can be
overwhelming and some clients struggle to
get through them all
So I’ve put together a brand new challenge
for 60 days of daily challenges only
You will get your challenge at 4pm each
day, for the following day, so you can get
organised
The daily challenges will be harder and
there will be more accountability to
complete each challenge with prizes for
completing the full 60 days
I’m really excited about it!

(challenge starts on the 1st October)

a 1:1 fitness session and a 1:1 nutritional
analysis worth £100
The fitness session can concentrate on
the challenges of the 60 days that will be
coming up or on specific issues you have
like back problems or weight loss
You will leave with a workout tailored for
you that you can do at home
The nutritional analysis involves a
detailed questionnaire which gets right
into the nitty gritty of what you are eating
and a review to help you move forwards
