It’s a while since I did a Q & A
but with the response I got yesterday to my
FSF Nutrition launch I thought I’d do one now
but before I do that, one of my clients
(Rachel, in fact Dr Rachel Clark)
is involved in an event this Saturday at the
Peoples Palace from 2-3pm

So, the Q&A…
Firstly a huge welcome to those that have
signed up, really excited at getting you
started!
Q I can’t sign up until I get paid
A email me, I’ll set you up now and you can
do the payment on payday – deal?
The quicker I get you on board the more
time you will get on the introductory
modules 🙂
Q Why is this different from slimming clubs
A The focus is not on how much weight
you lose each week, yes we measure it but
your focus is on learning and perfecting new
eating habits – for life!
Q I want to lose 2 stone in 2 months
A Ok, if all you are thinking about is what weight
you will be in 2 months, this is not for you.
This is about what weight you want to be for the
rest of your life
Q Do I have to fill out a form to apply
A I’ve taken the form off to make it easier
to sign up, you will still need to fill out
the registration form though to set up your
log in details for the website
Q I’m going on holiday next month, should I
start when I come back
A It’s easy to follow the habits when you are on
holiday, in fact you should be doing them all
the time, not just when you feel like it
there will always be a holiday, night out, a
birthday, you need to learn how to manage
these events in the same way as every day life
I kept it going when I was last on holiday
and it was really easy, remember it’s not a diet
it’s how you approach your eating and the
choices you make.
I had bacon and eggs for breakfast
Fish and vegetables for lunch
steak and vegetables for dinner
and a dessert every night
did some exercise every day
and lost 10lbs btw on that holiday
but I also decided that I would stop
snacking on chocolate and crisps
and didn’t order chips with everything
but that was my choice
I followed the daily habits and implemented
what I had learned about myself
Q Why are you only taking on 100 and whyÂ
does it not open back up for 3 months?
A I hope to be really involved with each person
and it’s going to take a lot of time to do that
i.e. it’s not a sales pitch

Over the next week I’ll be adding new content
to the free membership and tomorrow I’m
giving you a workout called ‘step it up baby’
which has been filmed with a real live baby
but you can improvise with a weight.
