3 days a week focuses on workouts
3 days a week focuses on nutrition
and 1 day is for the brain science
So, Mon, Wed and Fri you will receive
a challenge around eating
Tue, Wed and Sat you will receive a
workout challenge
and on a Sun you will either have group
or 1:1 coaching to help unblock the cycle
of self sabotage that has stopped you from
reaching your goals in the past
The online package gives you all of that
you have lifetime access to the resources
and will receive any updates in the future
to the challenge for free
(so if I make the challenge better next year
you won’t lose out)
and if you choose a studio package you will
get our full attention for 1 or 2 sessions a
week – hands on
