I was shopping for bikinis yesterday and was delighted to pick them all up in a ten. My bum looked great, not too tight and the tops made the best of my small bust. I even admired my leg in the 4 way mirror!

Then I looked at the block of nondescript blah coming up from my bikini bottoms to my lovely cleavage. How can my arms and legs and bum look so good and the bit in the middle so bad!

Yes, I checked from every mirror, just in case there was a mistake but there wasn’t. Without a doubt there was some sagging, belly hang , love handles, swollen tummy . How I wished for a tint waist, maybe a rib on show, just one would suffice or even seeing my belly button. Thankfully I could see my feet.

So, I bought the bikinis and I’m not overweight at a size 10 (minus the torso) and 10 stone 10 but I immediately went to work in a coffee shop to map out the next 8 week of food and exercise. Choosing the exercises I like and adding the one, I don’t like so much.

Chocolate has to go, the wee bar at night is ok. It’s only for 8 weeks

Then I thought of the number of women in the same position as me, with no idea of what to do and came up with the idea of offering it as a ‘8 week torso makeover’ but we can do bikini or whatever suit people best…

This is absolutely not one of those ‘lose 2 stone in 2 weeks’ fads

Each person will have a slightly program, we all know our faults don’t we? We all know that packet of biscuits isn’t going to get that smooth body you desire

Real food, real exercise and real expectations

I will personally train everyone one of you from the food you like / dislike to the exercise you like / dislike. There will be some online training and an app to record activities such as running, you also can’t escape me with the app

There will be group exercise, you can join studio session and there will be 1:1 sessions too. Take my knowledge and experience, include it in a group of like minded women an anything is possible…

The block starts on Monday 13th and is £80 for the full 8 weeks
