Today I have a post written for me by one of

my clients, Lorraine

I thought it would be a good idea to get her

to share her experience rather than me trying

to do it for her, so over to Lorraine…

Hi! I’m Lorraine and I started the WeightLess

online programme this time last year. I had no

idea what it would involve other than it

sounded different to the diets I had been on


My weight has been up and down all my life,

I would go on a diet for about 4 months and

lose a stone then I would stop and put a stone

and a half back on within 3-6 months, so each

year I would put on half a stone!

I was so fed up and would get angry with myself,

I would blame myself for giving up so easily

and for eating foods I shouldn’t but that would

make me eat more

I found Weightless difficult in the beginning

because it was more about the way I was eating

as opposed to what I was eating and the habits

aren’t as easy as you think when you first read


I got hung up in the beginning on getting it right

but Carolyne told me just to keep going and it

would click into place and it did. Some modules

I loved doing like the sleep one as I’m a bad

sleeper and some made me really think about

what I was doing like the breakfast one, I thought

what I was eating was healthy and it wasn’t

So, after a year I haven’t perfected it all but my

eating is so much better now, I still have access

to the website, daily emails, recipes and

Carolyne who gets back to you quickly and

never makes you feel like you’re a pest but I

have lost two stones the past year which is more

than I’ve ever lost before and it wasn’t that hard

Focusing on what you should be eating

instead of what you should not be eating turned

it around for me and the thirty minutes of

exercise every day helped too and all I did was


I would recommend it as for only £49 a month

it’s great value which you only pay for the first

year then it’s free afterwards.

I’m doing it again this year to refresh and

improve on last year, maybe I’ll lose another

two stone!
