I feel as if I haven’t stopped this weekend

and I didn’t get any of my naps that I really


I love sleeping, don’t you?

I have to say I spent most of the weekend

cleaning and I’ll tell you more about that in

the next few weeks…

First I want to say a huge well done to Cat,

Carole and Keryes for completing the

Kiltwalk yesterday!

They did a ton of training and made it on

the day, unlike so many of us that had to

pull out with injuries, feet and leg injuries

It’s funny cause when you can’t exercise,

normally the advice is to walk but not when

it’s your foot – obviously

So yeah they did amazing and I loved seeing

the pictures on facebook of them drinking

their well deserved beer at the end 🙂


I must have had a glitch in the old email

software last week cause when I logged in

today the emails for Wed, Thu and Fri

hadn’t sent

Which means you didn’t get an email to let

you know I was transferring the free

membership over to the new site – doh

You will have gotten an email to confirm

your new membership though, so I’m

hoping you figured it out, the new site is


Your old log in and password work

The front pages are not completed but

you can still get logged in and navigate to

the new free session

The next section to transfer over is the 90

days programme, I’ll be opening that back

up this week with a view to it starting this


You basically follow daily challenges for 90

days covering nutrition, exercise and lifestyle

It ran last year and I was really surprised how

many enjoyed it and kept going for the full

90 days (which is also 13 weeks btw)

It’s perfect for giving you a boost for your

summer holiday and you can check in each

day on the forum with each other giving you

some team motivation

week of weight loss and improved fitness

from the guys who have been there and

done it 🙂
