I don’t take on a lot of new people at the

Studio, mainly because my clients have

been with me for so long and I have a low

but I had two lovely females join just over

a month ago, Lauren and Tricia and they’re

doing the lunchtime sessions

The lunchtimes are a great way to build

your fitness and strength because

  • you get away from your desk
  • it doesn’t eat into your day
  • the sessions are only 30 min
  • you can still get great results

They are both really enjoying the sessions

and at the start of the month we do weight

and measurements and for them that was

a couple of days ago

It’s only been a month and neither of us was

expecting anything too dramatic

However one of them had lost 6 pounds and

a total of 5.5 inches from around the body

and the other one (who hasn’t got much to

lose) lost an inch from the waist – exactly

where she wanted to lose from!

Managing to get 3 x 30 min sessions in a

week can really make the difference and

they are only just beginning, as they progress

and the workouts become more intense, the

more results they will see

Well done my new fit strong females!

If you are interested in joining, email me back

and I’ll set up a 2 week free trial for you

Ok, so I’m putting on a yoga workshop next

Sunday (the 13th August) at 11am – 3pm, it’s

called ‘Master the Basics‘ and will do exactly

what it says on the tin

During a regular class there isn’t enough time

to stop, teach and break down every move

and get around everyone and give them that

1:1 support they may need

And this is what makes workshops so special

It’s dedicated time to really learn the moves,

pick up those tips, to make it easier and do

some practice, sometimes over and over until

you get the hang of it

Where should your feet be?

Where should you feel the stretch?

How can I get my body to do that?

How should it feel when I’m doing it right?

That’s just some of the things we’ll cover

It’s a good workshop for beginners but also

for those with more experience, there is

always something to learn and if you’ve

ever wanted to do a backbend or a head

stand and feel a bit scared?

We spend a good amount of time helping

you grow your confidence and you might

just find yourself doing one…

You can read more and sign up HERE

the button for members is also there as you

get half price

I have 6 bookings so far and I can take no

more than 12, so sign up quickly if you want

a place. It’s a lovely way to spend a few hours

at the weekend

p.s. the last basics I ran had just about everyone

in full handstand at the end, you can see the pic

on the blog
